What You'll Do:
As a Paraplanner, you'll work closely with our financial planners, providing vital support as they guide our clients on their financial journey. Your role will include:
- Support financial planning implementation.
- Support and complete administrative requirements, paperwork, compliance.
- Assisting our financial professionals with preparing comprehensive financial plans.
- Assisting in data gathering, analysis, and research.
- Preparing client reports and presentations.
- Helping our financial professionals to monitor and manage clients' financial plans.
- Keeping up to date with financial products, legislation, and market trends.
What You'll Bring:
Our ideal candidate is a go-getter with a heart of gold, someone who can connect with our clients and our team, demonstrating not just knowledge, but warmth and empathy.
Your qualifications should include:
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in financial services preferred.
- Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Empathy, engagement, and the ability to work in a dynamic team.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP) preferred.
- Experience with eMoney a plus but not required.
- Experience with Redtail, Hubspot or Salesforce preferred.
