What is Financial Planning?

There are a lot of different professionals who provide financial services.  They have titles like financial advisor, wealth management advisor, financial coach, financial planner, retirement income specialists etc.  In the past 10 years most have started to call themselves "Financial Planners".  It is common for consumers to get confused with all the different titles and service providers.
