Kit has a passion for finance and desire to improve the lives of his clients. He understands there is a tipping point between emotional capacity and financial capacity. Where those two areas meet is where the most value can be created. Kit works in a fiduciary capacity as a Certified Financial Planner Professional (CFP). Since 2011 he has helped clients navigate and understand financial challenges, opportunities and choices, including: retirement income planning, saving for retirement, saving for college, first time home purchase, risk management, insurance selection, student loan repayment options, employee benefits selection, employee stock options and asset location.
Kit enjoys actively supporting veterans and the veteran community in Chicagoland. Kit himself is a veteran deploying twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom as a Field Artillery Officer with the 214th Fires Brigade (2007, 2009). Since leaving the service in 2010, Kit donates his time by raising awareness and connecting veterans to Team Red White & Blue, American Corporate Partners, Veterans Leadership Council and Bunker Labs.
Kit lives in Lakeview and enjoys running, cycling, architecture, history and reading. He has successfully completed eight cycling centuries, run the Chicago Marathon twice and recently completed his first Triathlon. He and his wife Leann enjoy spending time with their two kids, traveling.
Kit is licensed to provide and implement investment and insurance solutions as a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative. He carries a series 7, 66, Health & Life licenses.
